This weeks POTW Comes from…drum roll please…Alan at 9to5alternative.

We have in fact already been to Turkey, not to Istanbul though. I would go back again as it was a really interesting country, but I don’t think we’ll tag it on to the RTW trip. Europe is quite accessible and cheap from where we live so it’s probably a place we would cram in to a few weeks after the RTW trip (if we come back hehe).
A beautiful photo, I especially love the composition with the bird about to fly accross the sun!

I agree, Istanbul is a fantastic city. I’ve been there twice, and I never tire of it. Loads of atmosphere, great food, and while it’s a big city, I love chilling out there, watching the sun go down over the Bosphorous on a roof top bar drinking an Efes Pilsen!
